We run load calculations on every home to insure that the proper sized unit is installed. This is a crucial part of the design process. If the unit is too large, the unit will cycle on and off too often and will never reduce the humidity to a comfortable level. It also means the unit most likely will not reach its maximum efficiency rating. If the unit is too small, the system will run constantly and never reach your desired temperature.
